It’s Not Just What You Eat
Every Body Is Different
One of the biggest issues I see today is a lack of individuality in health and wellness. People focus on trendy diets, the coolest workout, and constant comparison.
Every body is different, and what works for you might not work for the next person. I work with my clients to get in touch with their personal needs to create a rewarding lifestyle with lasting physical and mental results. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself, without overcomplicating things.
Build A Healthy Relationship With Food
I believe one of the most critical steps to reach your goals is a healthy relationship with food. This relationship is just as important as the other relationships in your life. Whether you use it to cope, control, or have no connection to it; we will look at how it affects other areas of life and how it might affect your physical & mental well-being.
Together we can explore multiple areas of life, such as why some foods make you feel better than others, what exercise routine works for your body and schedule, disordered eating behaviors, how to combat increased stress or anxiety, and what drives you to take care of yourself. We will co-create your health goals in a way that is solution-focused, reasonable, and continual.

Each program is totally personalized based on the client’s needs and health goals. A program plan will be assessed after the first session when we narrow down goals and create action items to achieve each goal. Aside from what is mentioned above, you can expect consistent personalized support, weekly check ins, meal and movement guidance, mindfulness practices, accountability, and more.

I am more than happy to work alongside any practitioners that you are already working with! This makes both of our jobs easier and simplifies advice you will be receiving.

I have a MA in Clinical Psychology and received extensive training in therapy techniques as well as education in all areas of mental health. However, I am not a licensed therapist. I am a Certified International Health Coach through IAHC and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and hold specialization certifications in Nutritional Psychology, Gut Health and Brain Health.

As I am not a licensed mental health practitioner, I will not be the sole healthcare provider for individuals who are suffering from an ED. I will, however, be a part of your treatment team, working alongside any dietitians, doctors, and/or psychiatrists. I will also work with someone who is in recovery or someone who deals with disordered eating (as opposed to a diagnosable ED). If I feel like a client’s needs are out of my scope of competence, I will always refer to a professional who can provide better support.
